Whilst you’re viewing our rooms and deciding if you want to rent from us, please be aware that we are also doing the same with you. We select our tenants carefully, and just as we only rent out rooms that we would live in ourselves we also select tenants that we would happily share a house with. So, if you’re a tenant who always cleans up after themselves and considers others within the home, has a friendly disposition, then you’re just our thing and we’d love to hear from you.

Good tenants are valued with all of us at Five Point Living and we love nothing more than building a long term relationship with you. Whether you’re in the same room you rented from us from the very beginning or if you’ve moved around through several of our properties. You can rest assured, as a good tenant you will always be our priority.

  • All maintenance issues are attended to as a matter of urgency to ensure your comfort and happiness within your home
  • Regular, reliable cleaners are employed to keep communal area’s clean – direct contact with the cleaners is given to all our tenants in case you wanted to use them to clean your room
  • Each property is handed to you after having a deep clean, a new mattress protector and dressings (if selected)
